Hello, welcome to my page.

I started out in the financial area by getting a BS in Finance from the University of Utah. While attending there and afterwards for eighteen years I was with the Federal Reserve Bank in Salt Lake City and San Francisco. Having several management positions, I found it to be a valuable experience in the financial area but felt that there was something missing in my work experience. So, I started in the mortgage business in 1989 and have found it to be satisfying in being able to establish a personal relationship and help others have a great home buying or refinancing experience. That was my greatest satisfaction. In my personal time, I love the outdoors, skiing and hiking. I like to travel and have been to Europe twice. I have a commercial pilots license and have flown in most of the western states and Hawaii.

3: Loan Application

A few documents are needed to get a loan file through underwriting.

4: Loan Processing

Assemble all the necessary paperwork and details for the underwriter.

5: Underwriting

They closely evaluate all the documentation in the loan package.

6: Closing

Documents are drawn and sent to the title company for closing.
