Pierre Alley was a fantastic resource to have, especially during the early months of 2022 when the interest rates kept rising like crazy and he knew it would be best to lock in our rate. Without him, we’d still be stuck with an inexperienced lender who wouldn’t give us decisive information. We were able to close on our new townhouse a month ago with Pierre and are so grateful for his help through the whole process.
